DREAMS STORE DESIGN

Dreams wanted to align their aspirational above-the-line advertising and the actual shopping experience in their stores. They asked us to improve the look and feel of the store design and engage customers with the brand’s personality. We improved the customer navigation, introduced a symmetrical floor plan with mezzanine floor, re-enforced the ‘Take home today‘ message and created a more aspirational tone of voice. After applying the new format to stores in Aylesbury and Maidstone, Dreams rolled out the template to all its new stores.
